It feels great to be back in the studio! Working full time again. Being away for 3 weeks really made my fingers itch for working on crafting hats. The steam is on, the irons are hot and the felts ready to be shaped. Just fantastic. I finished up two marketplace hats this week. I also started a couple of custom orders, you will receive an email if your order is up for production. It's nice to take out a fresh sheet of production paper and start scribbling down all the details of an order and then putting it all into action. The entire process is very relaxing. Every order is different and it makes it interesting to plan for. Seeing the hat come together is just beautiful.
Well, I already know the plans for the next couple of months. My 2nd course for part time fireman is coming up at the end of April. It means that I will be away from the studio for another 3 - 4 weeks. Just giving you the heads up. At the moment I am focusing on completing orders and finishing up marketplace hats that I am working on. I hope to be able to release a new marketplace hat every week. Different colors and different sizes. Got more felts coming in next week, which is very exciting. No new colors but replenishments.
