Hatmaker Week 39, September 2023: Opening up for visitors!

Welcome to Hufvud Hatmaker! Have a seat and tell me what type of hat your are looking for. This weekend I hosted my first visiting customer to the studio. A wonderful experience and I am ready to develop the experience further. If you would like to visit, send me an email or use the form on the site to make an appointment. Each visitor is charged a fee of 50 USD, which will credit to any future hat purchase in the future. The reason for charging a fee is because the visit requires me to prepare materials and items before the visit and it also covers my time which is taken away from crafting hats. It's a win win. Makes sense? Good. That's also the reason why I only managed to complete one hat this week for the blog. Would have been two more at least otherwise. 

Even though I am starting to invite visitors, the studio is not yet finished. I am still crafting furniture and rearranging the workspace for optimal production. It's an exciting journey and I am happy that I am on it.

I have some very interesting hats coming up next week and perhaps I will share an important update regarding Homburgs and Bowlers. Oops, I said too much. More on that next week.
