Returns & Alterations

I aim to hold a detailed conversation before an order is made to discuss every aspect of the hat. This ensures that returns are avoided and reduce the risk of problems.

Each HUFVUD hat is made by hand in Sweden. It takes a lot of hours to craft a single hat. A returned hat that has been used or damaged also takes time to repair and make ready for sale. That's why there are certain return policies in place. 

  • Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase

  • If you are unsatisfied with the hat it can be returned if it has not been worn and the sweatband, and the rest of the hat, is still in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving the hat.

  • Shipping is covered by the buyer as well as any incurred tax & import charges.

  • Additional 25% (50% for any bound brim hat) of the sold price is charged for a restock fee and already paid shipping, taxes and import charges are not refundable.

 

Want to send a hat back for adjustments? Send an email to discuss at info@hufvud.com. I will arrange for a return shipping label that must be covered by the buyer.
