The aim is to be able to offer free shipping for every order. Some locations are still very expensive to ship to. Boxes are light but bulky to ship and become expensive due to the share volume weight that the shipping companies calculate.

• Creating a Hufvud Fedora takes anything from 7 - 14 days, depending on the details of the hat.

• Your order will be place in a queue that is based on first-come-first-served. I would never accept payment for jumping the line.

• The average waiting time is between 120 - 150 days (delays may occur and check with the maker for a more accurate waiting time).
